ACCOMMODATIONS

 

Policies

All guest rooms are NON-SMOKING.

Any guest found to have smoked within their sleeping room will be automatically charged $250.00 to their credit card on file as a standard cleaning fee.  Any additional damage such as burns will be billed at replacement cost as well.  The registered guest is reponsible for any smoking within their room.

Pets welcome per our company policy.

Limit of 2 pets per room, $25.00 fee per pet/per stay, pets must be kept leashed, clean up after pets using your own supplies/bags, no pets allowed in the pool area(s), pets allowed within the Standard Double and Standard King rooms, only located in the 700's, unattended pets must be in a kennel, hotel staff will not enter any room if a pet is not in a kennel, fees for damaged caused by pets will be imposed as needed.  The Inn reserves the right to ask guests to remove pets if they cause damage, noise complaints or pose a danger to staff or other guests. 

Deposits/Refunds:

Upon confirmation of your reservation you will be charged a deposit equal to one night + tax per room reserved.  No refunds for early departures will be given.

Check-In/Check-Out Policy:

Check-in is after 4 pm. Check-out is 11am; however, you are welcome to enjoy the facilities throughout the day. If possible early check-ins and late check-outs may be arranged for an additional fee.

Key Deposit:

A $25 deposit for 2 keys per room will be charged at check in and refunded upon return of the 2 keys at check out.  Failure to return 2 keys will result in forfeiture of Key Deposit.

Cancellation Policy:

All reservations must be cancelled seven (7) days in advance of the arrival date for Friday and Saturday and cancelled three (3) days in advance for Sunday through Thursday
